Tucker and Ricki are a loving couple who want nothing more than to share their life with their own baby, but when Dana (Janine Turner) steps in to help, she quickly discovers that there's more to the situation than meets the eye. Tucker is HIV-positive. Meanwhile, with her 39th birthday around the corner, Dana is sent into her own baby-making frenzy. Lu (Rosa Blasi) has her hands full contending with an enraged mom whose teenage daughter has been diagnosed with pelvic inflammatory disease, a sexually transmitted disease.
