  • Hello,

I am writing this with the trust you will pass this on to Carson.

I have just viewed the very first Sydney, Australian episode of Look Good Naked ! WOW

I’ve loved Carson’s humor, and sense of self since Queer Eye, but this show just opens my heart for him. He is a spiritual blessing. I sense because of his great contribution to life he may of perhaps stumbled along questioning his own purpose. He may have been born on the golden row, but he has certainly found his yellow brick road ! Please, please, please let him know of the gratitude I have for him, he has extended into the world something that can never be replaced or duplicated. Thank god for Carson! And thank the money Hungary execs who can make a buck out of him and place him in the lives of so many people.

Carson, may you receive and be open to receiving all the love you give to the world! Thank you.

  • Dear Carson,

I just wanted to so I think it’s great that How To Look Good Naked is a positive for women who are unhappy with their bodies. I myself have trouble loving everything about my body. As a woman I do feel that men judge me first for my body, then my face and last who I am. One person once said that I was a waste of a great set of breasts. Gladly I took it to mean he thought I was a ****; but if I had been more sensitive that comment might have made me feel ugly.

You are an amazing positive strength for woman everywhere, especially for those of use who need to hear they are beautiful more often by a man who is not just out to score. I like to be around others who help lift each other up. I might be considered cold because I prefer to hang out with people who I can have positive relationships with. I lost one friend because her husband is the type of person who feels so negative about himself that he will and does drag others down. I personally do not have the mental strength to be friends with someone like that.

My favorite episode was the one with Layla, the 32 year old. I thought she was sweet, darling and very brave. I watched this episode with my mother we both felt she was beautiful. I like her personality she is someone I could be friends with. I have a guy friend who would date her in a minute she is exactly what he is attracted to. If either of you are in Vegas you both have friends here.

    Sincerely Stacey

  • I watch your show regularly and enjoy and respect the premise of your show in helping women to recognize inner beauty and true value regardless of color, size or shape. I watched your show on April 8th, featuring a beautiful mother and daughter with natural and braided hair. At the end of the show, their hair was straightened which will ultimately damage the hair, especially in the case of the daughter whose hair line was already damaged. Chemical relaxers, though popular are unhealthy physically, mentally and spiritually. One must learn to love themselves, as you say, from head to toe with what they were blessed with at birth. When one is naked, I take it to mean naturally, mentally and spiritually, encompassing more than just the outward representation of that woman. So for a black woman to truly love herself naked that would mean also complete acceptance of herself, including the natural curly texture of her hair. I thought the mothers natural hair was beautiful and I was deeply saddened to see that go. It hurt that what was truly represented is that in order for her to be considered truly sexy naked, the texture of her hair had to be altered from it's natural state.
P.S. Tell Carson that he's the best and we love him!!!

  • Lifetime historically has had a target market geared toward shallow unevolved women. Reflective of their shallow unevolved management...bet they wear big hair and plastic nails.
